<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily increase transmission quantity by comparing the threshold obtained from a congestion window size at the past reducing with a present congestion window size and setting the increase rate of the congestion window size increase rate, whenever a recognition response packet is received to be larger than that when the present size is smaller than the threshold. SOLUTION: An application processing part 5 executes a higher-order application with a transmission node 1 and a reception node 2. The layer 4 processing part 6 of the transmission node 1 sets connection, based on a communication request from the application processing part 5 and starts a data transmission processing, in accordance with the completion of the setting. When a congestion window size (cwnd) is smaller than a slow start threshold (ssthresh), the transmission quantity increases in terms of an exponent. When cwnd is smaller than ssthresh, it is decided that the use available band of a network does not increase greatly and increase quantity becomes linear and small.</p> |
