PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the quenching of a superconducting magnet, by providing a thermoplastic resin layer between superconducting wires and a bobbin. SOLUTION: A superconducting magnet is constituted by winding a superconducting wire 2 around a bobbin 1, and fixing the wire 2 to the bobbin 1 and each wound part of the wire 2 to another with a thermoplastic resin layer 3. The resin layer 3 is composed of a thermoplastic resin having a melting point of <=200 deg.C selected from among ionomer, ethylene methacrylic acid copolymer, phenoxy, polyamide 11, polyamide 13, polyethylene, and polyolefin. The resin layer 3, in addition, contains a filler selected from among silica, silicon nitride, aluminum nitride, and alumina and having an average grain size of <=20μm. The filler is shaped to a spheric or subspheric shape. |
