PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize the position of a rotary shaft easily and accurately at as low cost as possible by recognizing the position of the rotary shaft, after being forcibly rotated by external force when the stepping motor is in a stationary state, and controlling the rotation of the rotary shaft based on the recognized position. SOLUTION: When a rotary shaft 34 is forcibly rotated by external force and the stepping motor 32 is in a stationary state, the number of pulse electrical signals counted by a first counter is adjusted with respect to the number of pulses of a pulse signal counted by a second counter according to the order of the electrical signals generated, thereby correcting the number of pulses of the pulse signal counted by the second counter between a reference rotation position and a rotation stop position of the rotary shaft 34. As a result, the position of the rotary shaft 34 after being forcibly rotated by an external force, when the stepping motor 32 is in a stationary state, can be correctly recognized. |
