PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stable laminated electrophotographic photoreceptor adaptable to a short wavelength light source and having good electrical characteristics by incorporating aμ-oxo-aluminum phthalocyanine dimer as an electric charge generating material(CGM) and a specified compd. as an electric charge transferring material(CTM). SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor has an electric charge generating layer contg. aμ-oxo-aluminum phthalocyanine dimer as CGM and an electric charge transferring layer contg. a compd. represented by the formula as CTM. In the formula, R<1> is alkyl or phenyl, R<2> and R<3> are each H, alkyl or aryl, R<2> and R<3> may form a heterocycle by combination and R<4> is alkyl or alkoxy. In the CTM of the formula, R<1> is preferably 1-8C linear or branched optionally substd. alkyl and R<2> and R<3> are each preferably 1-12C linear or branched optionally substd. alkyl.
