PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the measurement amount of attributes by reducing the complication of input of attributes related to movement of a moving object in a simulator which evaluates a mobile communication system or the like. SOLUTION: Parts 502-1 to 502-7 adaptable to attributes of areas are selected from a data base 502 of movement conditions and are set to plural areas 501-1 to 501-25 into which an area 500 as the object of simulation is divided in accordance with geographical features, thereby collectively giving plural movement conditions to each area. Individual parts are taken as movement conditions such as stay time information and transition probability classified in accordance with movement purpose types and movement means types by time band types and area types. If there are no parts, new parts are generated by using known parts to perform simulation, and measurement is omitted. |
