<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use band width, which can be used in a radio communication network and which is restricted by giving band width by on-demand and efficiently deciding a transmission level required for up link data transmitting between respective remote hosts and a base station. SOLUTION: A radio communication network 230 includes a base station 236 and a plurality of remote hosts 232 and adopts the protocol of on-demand multiplex access just queuing. A relative initial transmission power level is set for the power level of a rating open loop from the first remote host 232, and a short connection request message is transmitted. When transmission is unsuccessful, power is increased slightly and the transmission and power increment are repeated until the successful transmission is obtained. When transmission is succeeded, the power level at that time is stored and is used for up data transmission between the subsequent remote host 232 and the base station 236.</p> |
