SOLUTION: Two or more mutually different compds. are used as electrostatic charge controlling agents. At least one of the compds. contains an Al atom and another contains an Fe atom. The electrostatic charge controlling agent (CA-A) comprising the Al-contg. compd. is contained by 0.1-10 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. bonding resin. The electrostatic charge controlling agent (CA-F) comprising the Fe-contg. compd. is contained by 0.1-10 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. bonding resin. The ratio between CA-A and CA-F is preferably 20:1 to 1:20.
