PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve light distribution characteristic in the horizontal direction. SOLUTION: A headlight 1 is provided with a front lens 5 in which a lens cut 5a having a cylindrical lens shape whose vertical cross section shows a straight line and whose horizontal cross section shows an arc of a circle is formed so as to cover the area almost corresponding to the significant surface of a reflection mirror 3. As a result, the lens cut 5a formed in a cylindrical lens shape diffuses the light only in the horizontal direction to eliminate a lack of the light diffusion in the horizontal direction, and the constitution having one cylindrical lens shape prevents the distortion of a shape caused by the duplication of an image to make an irradiation width in the horizontal direction large. |
