PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect the presence/absence of a cartridge by detecting the presence/absence of the cartridge after the elapse of a specified time from electrification high voltage output timing by an electrification high voltage output means. SOLUTION: The device waits for a specified time until sampling is started from generating the PWM output of output PRDC in order to make an electrification generation circuit output and generating PRACC pulse output. Namely, an engine controller 600 detects the presence/absence of the cartridge at the time of starting up a power source or closing a door. The engine controller 600 drives the PRDCC and the PRACC in order to make the electrification generation circuit 200 for detecting the cartridge output. In such a case, the device has the specified waiting time until starting the sampling. The specified time is much longer than the time required for the rising electrification, for example, 500 ms. |
