PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease a time required for data distribution, to relieve the load of a data distribution management center at data distribution and to reduce the scale of a system. SOLUTION: This system deviceαis provided with a data distribution management center a1 having a distribution data storage means 1, a distribution destination storage means 2, a distribution data transmission means 3, and a history information reception means 4 and also with a 1st terminal b1, a 2nd terminal b2, a 3rd terminal b3,..., X-the terminal bX each having a transfer information reception means 5, a reception result generating means 6, a transmission function control means 7, a transmission number management means 8, a function realizing means 9, a history addition means 10, a transmission destination list storage means 11, a transmission destination storage means 12, a transfer information transmission means 13, a transmission result generating means 14, and a transmission result storage means 15. Through the configuration above, in the system deviceα, the data distribution management center sends distribution data to a terminal and the terminals send sequentially to other terminal one after another.
