PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively attenuate higher harmonics without attenuating the signal of a basic wave. SOLUTION: This circuit has a 1st microstrip line 3 and a 2nd microstrip line 4 having the same characteristic impedance. One end of the 1st microstrip line 3 is connected to a transmission line 2 where a signal of specific frequency is transmitted, one end of the 2nd microstrip line 4 is grounded, and the length of the 1st microstrip line 3 and the length of the 2nd microstrip line 4 are set to 1/8 of the wavelength at the specific frequency; and a series impedance means 7 consisting of a capacitance means 5 and an inductance means 6 is connected between the other end of the 1st microstrip line 3 and the other end of the 2nd microstrip line 4 and the reactance of the capacitance means 5 and the reactance of the inductance means 6 at the specific frequency are set to 3/4 of the characteristic impedance.
