<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure stable electrical contact excellent in environmental protection by performing surface treatment which gives a stable surface having small contact resistance, at least on the inside bottom surface of a cover. SOLUTION: A cover 4 is constituted of conductive metal, stainless steel, etc., which have springness. Surface treatment 21 which gives a stable surface having small contact resistance is performed on the inside bottom surface 19 of the cover. Surface treatment 22 improving solderability is performed on a rotor terminal 18 so as to reach the upper surface of a stator 2. The surface treatments 21, 22 are made mutually the same surface treatment, and made plating treatment using gold or tin or silver. As a result, stable electrical contact which has small contact resistance and is excellent in environmental protection is ensured between the cover and a spring washer. When a variable capacitor is mounted on a wiring board, solder is applied excellently on the rotor terminal 18, and reliability of mounting is improved.</p> |
