摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the fluctuations of viscosity of slurry so as to have an even application quantity to a collector by adding ethylene glycol monobutyl ether acetate to positive slurry dispersed with Li composite metal oxide, a conductive material, and a binder in an organic solvent principally consisting of N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone. SOLUTION: Lithium cobaltate with 10 μm of mean grain size, a carbon powder with 3 μm of mean grain size, and PVDP serving as a binder are mixed together at a predetermined ratio. A predetermined quantity of N-methyl-2- pyrrolidone which serves as a solvent is added to this mixture, while ethylene glycol monobutyl ether acetate shown by the formula is added to the prepare slurry. This slurry is applied by roll-to-toll transfer method onto the both side surfaces of aluminum foil with about 20 μm thickness used as a positive electrode collector, dried, and followed integration by pressing to be unified.
