PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce issuing data in accordance with the kind and specification of a card that is issued from one piece of inputted original data by providing an issuing data producing part with a device level dividing function that divides the issuing data based on the device specification of a card issuing part. SOLUTION: An issuing data producing part 22 produces issuing data (e) to each post of an embossing/encoding part 31 of a card issuing post 30, a color printing part 32, an IC issuing part 33 and a transmission mount printing part 34 according to specification data (a) registered by a specification registering part 12 based on master data (b) inputted to an original inputting part 21 from a request destination system 50. Further, the data (e) is divided in accordance with a device level, an issuing specification level and a work level. Thus, the issuing data can efficiently be produced in accordance with a device that is available from one piece of inputted original data, the kind and use of a card to be issued and constraints on work, etc. |
