<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable efficient system operation such as the improvement of the speed of an interaction process by deciding the system skillfulness of a user according to information sent from an interactive terminal device and selecting a message display style for the interaction process according to the decision result. SOLUTION: A skillfulness decision part 12 of a vehicle common-use system includes a reaction speed decision part 13 which decides the speed of the reaction of a user who uses a terminal device 1 to a message on a display screen 2, an operation speed decision part 14 which decides the input speed of the user, and a use frequency decision part 15 which decides how often the current user uses the terminal device 1 according to data of a member master table 20. The decisions of the decision parts 13 to 15 are sent to a rent and return management part 11. The rent and return management part 11 selects the display style of a message used for the interaction process of the terminal device 1 with the user according to the decision data. For example, when the skillfulness is high, a simple message is displayed on the display screen 2.</p> |
