PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a reading function of remaining degrees and to improve the convenience of a card holder by providing an electronic device with a contactless IC card to perform key input to the contactless IC card and to write data or read it. SOLUTION: A telephone number written on a contactless IC card or a telephone card 2 is inputted from a key 13 of an alphanumeric character, etc., the telephone number is written on the card 2 by an input of a function key 14 of 'telephone number write' and the written data is controlled by a control circuit part of an electronic device 1, transmitted to an antenna coil 23 of the card 2 through an antenna coil of the device 1 and recorded on a memory. Also, as for data reading, data in the memory of the card 2 is read by a control IC 22 in response to a calling signal of the device 1 and transmitted to the antenna coil of the device 1 through the reading antenna coil 23.
