PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly convert an image by rotation and parallel movement. SOLUTION: Inputted image data which are stored in internal memories 111-1 to 111-16 in a specific array are read out in the unit of a specific number of successive pixels according to inputted rotational angle, parallel movement quantity, etc. The data thus read out of the internal memories 111-1 to 111-16 are selected by a multiplexer 115 and outputted to a sorting circuit 117 while having the same bit width as an external data bus. The sorting circuit 117 rearranges the data in the unit of a specific data width, and are outputted to an external image memory through an output data buffer 16. |
