PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain communication with a driver by allowing an agent to operate an action corresponding to characteristics decided according to each kind of condition by deciding the characteristics and action of an agent personified based on the situation of a vehicle and user information. SOLUTION: A navigation processing part 10 retrieves a route upto a set destination, and guides it with a voice or picture display. A picture processing part 13 processes the output of a picture such as an agent picture or a map picture or an inputted picture. A voice controlling part 14 controls the output of a voice such as an agent voice or a route guidance voice or an inputted voice. A situation information processing part 15 processes the detected data of each kind of situation related with a vehicle or a driver. An agent processing part 11 decides the characteristics of an agent who is allowed to appear in a vehicle according to the user information or the situation of the vehicle or the like, and learns the situation of the vehicle or the past countermeasure of the driver for operating proper conversation or control according to the characteristics of the agent. |
