PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inspection apparatus which enhances the reliability of the detection of an exfoliation and which enhances the reliability of the degradation judgment of the execution of a tunnel by a method wherein a low-luminance and high-luminance deviation region which is judged by a low-luminance and highluminance deviation judgment part is excluded from a hightemperature region which is judged by a high-temperature-region judgment part and a remaining region is judged to be an exfoliation. SOLUTION: First, infrared image data is fetched into an image processor 8. Then, whether a place in a region whose temperature is higher than a place in the circumference is judged by an infrared image processing operation. When the place is judged to be a high-temperature place, visible image data on the same place is fetched into the image processor 8. In succession, whether the pixel luminance level as the feature of a contamination of the place is low or not and whether the deviation of the pixel luminance level of the place on the basis of a judged result is large or not are judged. When the pixel luminance level is low and when the deviation is large, the place is judged to be a precipitate. When the place is judged to be not so, the place is judged to be an exfoliation. In addition, a map which is created on the basis of the judged result is output to a monitor 9 and a printer 10. When it is judged that the place is not a region whose temperature is higher than an ambient temperature, visible image data on the same place is fetched. When it is judged that the pixel luminance level is small and that the deviation of the pixel luminance level is large, the place is judged to be a contamination. When it is judged to be not so, the place is judged to be a normal place. |
