<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lever-type detecting apparatus, for a fallen can or a fallen bottle, by which the fall of a beer can or a beer bottle being transferred can be detected and by which its kind can be discriminated. SOLUTION: A lever-type detecting apparatus for a fallen can or a fallen bottle is provided with a rotating lever 13 which can be turned around a pivot and with a lever detecting means which is installed in a position faced with the upper end part of the rotating lever 13 and which detects the existence of the rotating lever 13. In this case, bent parts in several places are formed on the rotating lever 13. Any of the bent parts comes into contact with a beer can or a beer bottle according to its height. The rotating lever 13 is turned by a prescribed deflection angle due to its contact. The fallen can or the fallen bottle is detected on the basis of a detection result by the lever detecting means.</p> |
