The covering (20), longerons (22, 23) and tensile supports (26, 27) are each comprised of crossed carbon fiber fabric cut-outs, the plies superimposed, to form predetermined angles. An Independent claim is included for the method of making the corresponding reinforced resin blade by resin transfer molding. Preferred features: The components cited are formed by cut-outs of first (A) and second (B) types. The first (A) comprise two layers forming an angle between them, from 0 deg -90 deg . The second type (B) comprises four layers, forming mutual successive equal angles, of absolute value 45 deg , 0 deg and 45 deg . The plies are of well-balanced fabric. Longerons (22, 23) comprise layers of two cut-outs of the first type (A), each cut-out forming an angle of 0 deg with the span axis of the blade. The longerons (22, 23) extend to the leading edge of the blade. The covering includes a cut-out of the first type orientated at 45 deg with respect to the blade span axis. The tensile reinforcements (27) comprise a stack of four cut outs of the second type (B) forming mutual angles of 45 deg . The four cut-outs have differing lengths and are mutually shifted such that near the ends, the thickness tapers continuously. The main blade section (2) has a central filling (21) of light material. The root of the blade includes a section (12) controlling angle of incidence. This has a light filling (30), with further cut-out arrangements, of which angles and types are detailed. The quantities of resin used in successive transverse blade sections varies. Clamped-on weights are described, to vary the static moment of the blade.
