The displacement pump (1) comprises a fluid-conducting conduit (3) couplable to a medical fluid container (4) and provided with an outlet (7). An alternately acting, movable striker component (2) is arranged in the conduit to determine a pump area (13) in fluid communication with the outlet and a container area (12) in fluid communication with the container. - The striker component moves forwards and backwards along the axis so that fluid is moved from the pump area through the outlet. A flow regulator (11,14) is formed at least partly by the striker component and is movable together with it. It provides an assymmetrical resistance to the fluid flow, resulting in a set fluid flow from the pump being produced. |
