The heat exchanger has an external envelope (14) formed from a plastic tube, together with end connectors (16) adaptable to internal tubes (151,152,...,15n), which may be plastic tubes or metal tubes with plastic coating. The tubes are sealed by glue, surrounding with resin, clamp fitting, screwing or by a metal coupling.
