<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a colored photosensitive resin compsn. less liable to polymn. inhibition due to oxygen even in the air and less liable to generate halogen- contg. impurities such as gaseous hydrogen chloride owing to a photopolymn. initiator while having satisfactory sensitivity. SOLUTION: The colored photosensitive resin compsn. contains (A) a pigment, (B) a carboxyl-contg. copolymer, (C) a photo-cationic-polymerizable compd. having at least three alicyclic epoxy groups in which oxygen atoms bond directly to the alicyclic rings in one molecule, (D) a photo-radical-polymerizable monomer, in particular a compd. having a polymerizable carbon-carbon unsatd. bond, (E) a photopolymn. initiator capable of initiating both photo radical polymn. and photo cationic polymn., in particular a photopolymn. initiator having an s-triazine skeleton and (F) a solvent.</p> |
