<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the highly reliable thin-film device which can avoid the burning of the wire at the edge part of a contact hole due to a large current resulting from static electricity. SOLUTION: End parts of a gate bus line 11 and a drain bus line 12 are connected to lead-out wires 15a and 16a of terminals 15 and 16. A contact hole 24b is formed in a wedge shape, whose wedge tip side is arranged facing the tip of the gate bus line 11. Similarly, the contact hole 24c is also formed in a wedge shape, whose wedge tip side is arranged facing the tip of the drain bus line 12.</p> |
