PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide system debugging or software debugging in a practical service environment of an onboard control system or the like. SOLUTION: An evaluation module 1 is constituted by mounting a microcomputer chip 2 for evaluation, a RAM chip 3 for substituting the built-in ROM of that target microcomputer, and a flash ROM chip 4 to be allocated to the storage area of a system control program or user program on a package 5 having compatibility with the target microcomputer concerning an external terminal. Thus, the target microcomputer is replaced with the evaluation module on the target system of a user as it is, and system debugging or software debugging of the target system is enabled. |
