PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent stationary deviation from being generated by composing an error amplification part of a shunt regulator circuit and offsetting the partial voltage between a 1st and a 2nd voltage by the anode-reference voltage of the shunt regulator circuit to generate the error voltage. SOLUTION: A 1st voltage control part 11 controls the 1st voltage on a minus power terminal side and a 2nd voltage control part 12 controls the 2nd voltage on a plus power terminal side; and the partial voltage between the 1st and 2nd voltages is offset by the anode-reference voltage of the shunt regulator 13 to generate an error voltage. Then a reference voltage generated between the anode and reference of the shunt regulator 13 is satisfied by varying the resistance value of a variable resistance VR. Consequently, the stationary deviation can accurately be removed. |
