An adhesive material transfer device capable of discharging a length of release paper to the outside of a case without stagnation, permitting a repeated use of the release paper without disposing of it by replacing roll tape, and allowing the user to transfer an adhesive material while identifying the tip of a transfer member with the case kept flat, wherein the adhesive material transfer tape and the release paper can be smoothly fed outside. A first bevel gear (7) is formed on a roll tape supporter (6), and a second bevel gear (9) meshing with the first bevel gear with their axes crossing has fewer number of teeth than the first bevel gear and is formed on one side of a feed-out roller (8) disposed on an extension line of the release paper (4) returning from the transfer member into the case after having the adhesive material transferred. The feed-out roller, together with a press guide in contact with the roller, urges by pulling the release paper and discharges it through a discharge port (12) disposed on that part of the extension line of the release paper which is in the rear of the feed-out roller.
