The circuit has a P-conductivity substrate (2), and a resistor with two N-conductivity access wells (7, 8) and a deep buried layer (5) made of crystalline material. The deep buried layer electrically connects the access wells. The deep buried layer is covered by a P-conductivity casing (6). Collector taps (9, 10) and a casing tap (11) are provided with an upper surface surrounded by a siliconizing protection layer (12).
