The system has a metal tilting sideboard (1) comprising at its upper part a longitudinal cylindrical housing (7). The housing receives a tubular base (8) of an oscillating unit (2) oscillating along a horizontal axis and forming a foldable locking shutter on which hooking units (3) are fixed and are integrated to a tarpaulin (4). The unit (2) is raised to facilitate the withdrawal or positioning of the units (3) and is manually folded against the sideboard. The unit (2) is maintained in a close position by spring bolts and locking units of a lock with key type.
