<p>A reference image used as a reference of a replacement area, a reference position of the replacement area, the size of the replacement area, and logo images for replacement are stored. A rotary encoder provided to a tripod head of a camera measures the amount of two-dimensional movement of the camera and outputs the measured amount as movement information. An image synthesizer calculates the address of a reference position of a replacement area in the current image, and detects the replacement area with respect to the address. A key signal indicating whether the current image in the replacement area is the same as the reference image or is different from the reference image is generated, and the portion where the current image accords with the reference image is replaced with a logo image, selected from among the logo images, corresponding to the portion according to the key signal.</p> |
