A radial hole (50) on a shank (44) of drilling machine connects an axial hole (48) of rotating drill (42) to an annual groove (54) thereby to a radial hole (60) to which a dust collect is coupled. A circular groove (66) on the shank receives a circular elastic lip (68) expanding radially. As the axial pressure on the shank increases the elastic lip contacts a radial inclination surface in the direction from which power is added.
