<p>The present invention relates to anti-IPG antibodies, and in particular monoclonal antibodies produced by hybridoma cell lines 2F7, 2D1 and 5H6, and the use of these and other similar antibodies in the treatment and diagnosis of pre-eclampsia or diabetes, especially type I diabetes. A method of producing anti-IPG antibodies by immunising an animal with IPG unconjugated to an immunogenic carrier is also disclosed.</p> |
