Wind screen for deflecting wind to reduce dynamic pressure

The wind screen can be mounted vertically and fixed into the ground. It has at least one panel in the form of a sieve (27) which can be attached between pillars (10,11) fixed or able to be fixed into the ground. The sieve is a tensioned sieve with horizontal rods and vertical tensioned wires. The screen has tensioning devices on its top and/or bottom for tensioning the tensioned wires of the sieve. An Independent claim is also included for an application of the windscreen.
