PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a cycle characteristic and a load characteristic by constructing a positive electrode collector and/or a positive electrode armor of aluminum coated with aluminum oxide coating maintaining discharge capacity after the lapse of a number of cycles. SOLUTION: Since aluminum has high electrical conductivity, an IR drop between electrodes can be lowered, and a battery capacity can be increased also. In addition, aluminum oxide coating firmed on the aluminum surface is dense, superior in mechanical strength, and stable so as not to react with an electrolyte. Therefore, elution of aluminum can be prevented of high voltage is applied, so that this effect can be maintained after a lapse of 60 cycles, or 120 cycles which is a harsher condition. By making a negative electrode collector and/or a negative electrode armor made of copper, cycle characteristic improving effect can be even further exhibited. |
