PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture composite without using carbonate, by mixing and baking ceramic materials containing BaTiO3 and BaZrO3 in such a manner that specified dielectric ceramic composite is obtained after baking. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method is provided with a first process mixing ceramic materials and a second process baking the mixed material, in order to obtain dielectric ceramic composite of a formula (in the formula, 1.00<=m<=1.02, 0<=x<=0.2, 0.05<=y<=0.2, 0.001<=α<=0.05, 0.001<=βη0.02 are satisfied), after baking. In the first process, Ti component is added as BaTiO3 , and Zr component is added as BaZrO3 . A process where mixed material is so prefired that a ratio of the X ray maximum peak intensity of BaTiO3 to that of BaZrO3 is at most 5 may be arranged between the first process and the second process. As a result, composite which has high permitivity, little dielectric loss and excellent insulation resistance in a reducing atmosphere is manufactured. |
