A bearing cleaning device for electric motors, which comprises an injection nozzle (24) capable of injecting a cleaning fluid toward a bearing (66), and a pressure reducing mechanism for reducing pressure on the side of the bearing (66) to thereby generate an air flow directing toward the bearing (66) through a gap in a seal portion (62) from within an electric motor (60). The pressure reducing mechanism brings a packing (50) on a peripheral edge of an opening of a hood (20) into close contact with the electric motor (60) to thereby form a closed chamber (C) and a suction pump (15) sucks air in the closed chamber (C). The injection nozzle (24) is disposed in the closed chamber (C) to inject a cleaning fluid toward the bearing (66) kept exposed to the chamber (C) through the opening of the hood (20). The suction pump (15) draws air from within a drainage tank (13), so that an air flow directing toward the drainage tank (13) is generated in a drainage pipe (11) to promote recovery of a waste fluid.
