The control module has a housing with a base (12) and a removable cover. An electric control circuit board (32) is fastened in the base. An electrically driven control valve (14) is electrically connected with the circuit board. A removable battery pack (28) with positive and negative contact tongues is positioned in a hollow chamber (26) in the base. Positive and negative spring contacts are connected to the circuit board and make a mechanical and electrical contact with the battery contacts when the battery pack is in place.
