The cover (2) and the duvet (1) both have fixing elements (3,4) at each of their corners to attach the duvet to the cover. The elements can be buttons, patent fasteners, or strips of Velcro (RTM). They are joined to the outer surface of the duvet and to the inside of the cover in order to hide them and to avoid a person to get hurt. The open end of the cover no longer has to be closed, because the duvet will stay in place.
