The pump has a housing (23) provided each side with side plates (21,22) forming a pump chamber (30) with a plate (38) fixed on one of the side plates to form a fluid channel (19). The fluid channel has at least one projection and/or recess to produce turbulence in the fluid expelled from the pump chamber and flowing into the fluid channel where the pressure vibration in the expelled fluid is reduced. The fluid channel can be formed curved along a side surface of one of its side plates.
