ANTISTATICALLY COATED FABRICS AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

An anti-static coating fabric and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to construct an anti-static cloth by means of polyester filament and a conduction fiber and to coat an anti-static coating solution including urethane and acryl resin. Polyester filament, the nano carbon conductive yarn and a copper conductive yarn are mixed so that an anti-static fabric(F) comprising the body with the same distance against the non-anti-static member weaved by the polyester filament is weaved(100). A small amount of an anti-static coating solution(C) is injected into the weaved anti-static fabric(110). The injected anti-static coating solution is coated minutely by a knife in a knife coating process(120). The anti-static fabric with the coated anti-static coating solution is dried.
