The invention concerns a spray head for high pressure spray gun comprising a rotary element (1) located in a central body (10) and traversed by a channel with a spray orifice and a sealing joint (14) between the rotary element (1) and the gun, the rotary element (1) having in its central part a spherical shape (2) co-operating with the joint (14) located inside the central body (10) and two circular seats (3, 4) located on either side of the spherical part (2) supported by the seats (11, 12) located on either side of the central body (10).
