The screwdriver has a casing, a slide (32, 33), a pneumatic motor and a screw insert (16) driven by the motor, which can move axially and rotate round its axis. The slide can move axially and has a passage for a screw. The screws are on a strip (43), the reverse side of which is pressed to a wall of the slide. The strip is deformed when the screw insert presses on the screw head, while the other side of the strip is held against the wall, so that the screw is separated from it.
