<p>A family of hexadentate Fe(II) chelators having marked antiproliferative activity against tumor cells. The metal chelators provide significant advantages and innovations in design over tachpyr and other known chelators. The cytotoxic results further demonstrate the potential application of the metal chelators of the present invention as chemotherapeutic agents.</p> |
