Lift installation for attachment to existing building of slab construction

The lift installation comprises a number of door openings (10) which are provided in the shaft opening (10), positioned at an angle to the building access (4) towards its external wall (5). The lift shaft has at least one shaft wall (9) which is arranged directly to the building. Preferably, the plane of the shaft door openings is at an angle of 20-50 deg to the external wall of the building and a floor may be provided between the building access and the shaft door opening opposite to it.
