The pile warp (F1,F2) and base warp (G1,G2) are held by two groups of picks (1,2,3)(4,5,6) to provide the repeat pattern. An additional plain pick (7) is added at the end of the repeat to tie in the base warp (G1,G2). An Independent claim is also included for a double-sided terry fabric in which the repeat pattern of the two groups of picks with the final beat-up contains an uneven number of picks. |
