System comprises: set of actuators (4) having means (5) for synchronizing their command signals by measurement of the synchronization data in an operating cycle supplied by the motor propulsion group (2); several control parameter generators (8) each connected to an actuator (4); time base (7) and clock for synchronization; interface (10) between control command generator (3) and rest of system. A further interface (9) connects the individual command parameter generators to the actuators (4).
