<p>In a spinning reel for fishing, a spool shaft (51) having a spool (53) at the end is slidably inserted into a flier shaft (25) rotatably supported by a reel body (31) so that the spool shaft (51) can slide in the axial direction. A protruding sliding guide is formed in one of the outer circumference of the spool shaft (51) and the inner circumference of the flier shaft (25).
