<p>A mobile phone 80 and/or 800 is mounted upon the front plate 41of a conventional audio system 40 and a plug 621, 611 connects the phone to a socket 421, 422 on the radio/recorder equipment. The phone is therefore connected to an electric module of the audio system so that the radiotelephone uses the loudspeaker (15,fig.4), microphone (14), antenna (58), pre-amplifier (53) and power amplifier (54) of the audio system to provide hands-free use. The electric module also comprises a sound source select switch (51) to output signals from a compact disc deck (55), a tape deck (56), a radio receiver (57) or from the mobile phone. The holder for the portable telephone can be a lateral plate 43 with a plurality of holes 431 to which the phone can be attached. Alternatively the radio/recorder equipment can have a recess and a periphery groove into which the phone can be fitted or a protruded seat to which the phone can be attached.</p> |
