PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the processing efficiency by systematizing and reduce the working time thereof by integrating customer services offered by using combinedly a point card and various kinds of forms into one. SOLUTION: A display area 30 is provided on the surface of a rewrite card 10 and also a point display area 30 displaying point numbers and an character information display area 30b displaying various kinds of character information are provided thereon. The point card function and the form function are provided combinedly by the arrangement, by which the system efficiency can be improved and the expense reduction based on the form reduction can be realized. |
